Get to Know Us

We’re a collaborative team of  licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals who are passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, and addiction.

What connects us is a shared commitment to person-centered, inclusive, and trauma-informed care. We value authenticity, compassion, and clinical excellence—and we believe that real healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported.

Access to healing and mental health support should be available to everyone. That’s why individual therapy sessions and group sessions are offered on a sliding scale.

Stephanie Julia-Suriano

Integrative Therapist & LPC Student

Stephanie Julia-Suriano is a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA-I) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) specializing in ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. She is currently completing her Master's in Professional Counseling at Eastern Oregon University and serves as an intern and research assistant to Dr. Curt Sturos of Optimal Behavioral Health.

Stephanie's clinical work draws on Somatic CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients reconnect with themselves, interrupt limiting patterns, and rebuild emotional regulation and wellbeing. She is also a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator in the state of Oregon and supports clients through preparation and integration for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, helping them make meaning of these experiences and translate insight into lasting, embodied change. She believes healing happens not just in the mind but in the body and the nervous system, and she's drawn to this work for the way it helps people move past what talk alone can reach.

Grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming and culturally sensitive approach, Stephanie creates a safe, welcoming space where every identity is honored. As a somatic practitioner and longtime yoga therapist, she brings body-based awareness and mindfulness into her work, supporting healing that reaches beyond the cognitive to the deeply felt.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Stephanie now lives in Central Oregon with her wife, children, and their two beloved dogs, Bug and Goose. Together, they're savoring a slower pace of life and exploring the natural beauty of their new home.
