Get to Know Us

We’re a collaborative team of  licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals who are passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, and addiction.

What connects us is a shared commitment to person-centered, inclusive, and trauma-informed care. We value authenticity, compassion, and clinical excellence—and we believe that real healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported.

Access to healing and mental health support should be available to everyone. That’s why individual therapy sessions and group sessions are offered on a sliding scale. We invite you to use the Green Bottle sliding scale model as a guide to help determine a fee that feels both appropriate and sustainable for your circumstances.
